Rich brings 15+ years of IT focused customer support skills to the Nextworks team. He has helped support companies of all shapes and sizes ranging from 1 user to 65,000 users with their IT needs.
Rich holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from his hometown college in Auburn, NY and relocated to the West Coast in 2011 to further his career.
In his free time he volunteers for a local organization dedicated to mentoring and providing safe spaces for LGBT youth and he also loves to travel.
