Gary brings 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure from home-office to enterprise. He is passionate about technology and how it enables better communication and productivity.

His longstanding consulting background has allowed him to gain experience in a wide array of products and technologies to standards and practices.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys playing with his own network and technologies at home, as well as volunteer work for his local community, hiking, exploring (and sometimes fishing, crabbing, and clam digging) with his wife and furry friend, and visiting their families back in Arizona once a year.

Rich brings 15+ years of IT focused customer support skills to the Nextworks team. He is often the first point of contact for most support requests and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Rich holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from his hometown college in Auburn, NY and relocated to the West Coast in 2011 to further his career.

In his free time, he volunteers for a local organization dedicated to mentoring and providing safe spaces for LGBT youth and he also loves to travel.
